Hi Sally, Not sure how to help here. I've had no problems, but it depends a little on what operating system you are using on your home network PCs or Macs. I'm now using Windows 7 Beta and have found that I have not problems. I did find Vista was very buggy and had difficulty connecting the Wiz to the PC or vica versa. Make sure you have WizFX installed on your computer but other than that I'm not sure what else to tell you. GUB

I can't get the thing to network - I have followed ALL the instructions provided by BeyonWiz and form forums BUT it doesn't work - you need to be WAY more technical that the average Joe (which I am but I am not a network engineer!!!) Recommend you get help from a tech person before you pull your hair out
