Hi Rob,
This is usually a pretty straight forward procedure. You need to connect to an AV input on the DVD recorder. You'll either need to connect up via composite RCA cable that's the yellow video one with a red and white for stereo. Depending on your DVD recorder you can also use component cable (usually red, blue and green connectors). With component you'll also need to connect up sound via stereo or with digital audio cable or coaxial cable. I can't remember if the DSE G2128 has digital audio but if not the red and white stereo RCA cable will do the trick. Then you'll need to find the STB signal via one of your AV input selections on the DVD recorder (usually AV 1, 2 or 3) and you should be set. Good luck.

Hi,

Got the DSE G2128 box and was wondering if you knew how to connect it to my DVD recorder so that it will record pictures coming through the set top box?
