I believe that they have acknowledged this was pretty stupid and have changed this now. Google just copied and pasted the agreement in from some of their other agreements. It will be interesting to see if they go down the customisation road - if not then it really will be for the crowd who don't make any changes or tweaks to their browsers - I still believe there is a lot of them Yeah, I saw that license agreement too.
